The Bayside Inn & Marina offers pleasant, comfortable smoke-free accommodations in a peaceful, wooded setting, with picnic areas, and a small swimming beach. Boat docks are available, as well as canoes and kayaks. Test your skill in our large game room!

Our Motel Rooms

Our motel rooms are comfortable, modern rooms, each of which has a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, hair dryer, phone, cable TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and air-conditioning. Rooms 1-10 have private balconies; and all rooms have a partial lake view. All motel rooms are non-smoking.

The motel features all Queen beds and three handicapped-accessible rooms.

Our Inn Rooms

Our inn rooms are comfortable, spacious rooms, each of which has a small refrigerator, hair dryer, phone, high-speed Wi-Fi, cable TV, and air-conditioning. Some rooms have a partial lake view. All inn rooms are non-smoking.

The Inn features King and Queen beds, single and double occupancy and one handicapped-accessible room.

Our “Extra” Rooms

Our extra rooms — House 29, Rooms M1 and M2 all have a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, hair dryer, phone, cable TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and air-conditioning.

All rooms include limited housekeeping. Limited housekeeping includes towel exchange, bathroom refresh, and removal of garbage. Limited housekeeping does not include making beds, or vacuuming.

Our Cottages

Rented nightly, our cottages overlook the lake. Air-conditioned and equipped with full kitchens, bath with tub and/or shower, cable TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, phones, barbeque grills, decks or porches. Sizes range from an efficiency for four, up to three-bedroom cottages that will sleep eight or ten. Basic cookware, dishes, silverware and linens are provided. (Note: Cottage D does not have a kitchen but does include a small refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave oven. And Cottage J has a two-burner stove top and does not have an oven.)

All cottages include limited housekeeping. Limited housekeeping includes towel exchange, bathroom refresh, and removal of garbage. Limited housekeeping does not include kitchen cleaning, washing dishes, making beds, or vacuuming.

Because of the environmental regulations that we must obey as a lakeside property, we are not able to offer our guests laundry facilities on the premises. But ask us about where you can conveniently do your laundry in Cooperstown.

Check in is at 4 pm, check out is at 10 am.
